More than a Business
Pretty Sick Designs wants to always be giving back.
We know firsthand that chronic illness sucks. Those living with any number of invisible illnesses are often suffering in silence, isolation and hardship. The moment you are diagnosed with a disease like Elhers-Danos Syndrome or Chronic Lyme Disease your life totally changes. Often times, individuals have fought for years to find a diagnosis and when they finally find it doctors are at a loss of what to do.
Spoonie Support
We want to be more than a business, we want to be part of a community. It is our mission to help the spoonie community as much as we can. We want to do everything we can to help our fellow chronic illness suffers.
To achieve this, we will be partnering with amazing organizations in North America that are fighting every day to bring awareness to the plight of so many millions of pain warriors.
Pretty Sick Designs will donate over 10% of all proceeds to charities that support those with chronic health problems and that are working to find a cure for chronic illnesses like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.
Fighting Back
Together we will conquer these devastating illnesses. We will fight them by supporting one another, bringing awareness to the sick life, and by reducing the stigma surrounding chronic illness. There are incredible people who are working so hard to support those who are struggling and need help. And there are amazing doctors and scientists that are working hard on understanding why our bodies have turned against us. We want to stand with these amazing fighters and support them as much as we can.
As time goes on, we will be as open with our chronic illness community with how much money we have been able to give away and exactly where that money goes. Pretty Sick Designs wants to do our part to win this fight!
